About Me

I'm a Ph.D. Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Notre Dame studying uncertainty quantification under Dr. Nicholas Zabaras. My current interest is using deep learning tools such as deep neural nets or Gaussian processes to quantify model form uncertainty in fluid simulations.

I obtained my B.S. degree in mechanical engineering at the the University of Delaware. During my time at Delaware I worked with Dr. Lian-Ping Wang studying multi-phase direct numerical simulations of turbulent flows using the Lattice Boltzmann method. My main area of focus was on the computational implementation of our in house FORTRAN code to make it as efficient and scalable as possible.
